A recent reference project is work conducted by Michael which was about the alignment of the overarching company environmental policy. Specifically the theme was "How do we implement the requirements of the environmental performance standards at all sites in the Group".

The process involved 18 environmental coordinators, area managers and their General Manager (the whole system) in a 2-day Open Space Seminar.
